Saint Peter's Healthcare System interview questions

Very smooth and rapid interview process. Scheduled an interview with the charge nurse. I was asked the usual interview questions like tell me about yourself, strength, weakness, tell me about a time you failed. Got a call from HR a couple hours after the interview that I got the position.

Very quick turnaround time. Phone screen with recruiter followed by in person interview. received offer next day. It was only about a month total from when i first submitted the application to the start of orientation
