I was recently contacted by Remarkable Group/Sagittarius for a Digital Account Manager position. Initially, the communication was positive, and I was looking forward to a scheduled call with their Talent Acquisition team. However, the interviewer missed the appointment and did not respond to my follow-up message for several days. When I finally received a response, it came with an apology and an explanation, but by then, the damage was done. This lack of professionalism and delayed communication was disappointing, particularly for a company that emphasizes its commitment to client success. After carefully reviewing feedback and responses on Glassdoor, I decided to move forward and explore other opportunities. This experience has left me questioning their dedication to clear and respectful communication, especially during the crucial recruitment process.

Interview
The first interview was with the head of HR. My connection was lagging on the day of the interview, so I offered to make it a phone call with the video still running, which he promptly refused (his way or nothing). He offered to reschedule the meeting only to not show up on the day nor return my emails. After reading the Glassdoor reviews, I took it as a blessing in disguise and moved on.
Fast forward 4 weeks later, I got a call from someone else in HR saying that they had put the process on hold for a while and would love to put me for a second interview with the hiring manager. She told me the interview was happening at the end of the week, she just needed to confirm availability. The week ended and no sign of them.
A week later I wrote a polite email with a follow-up and was ghosted. Two weeks later, I got an automated email saying they offered the role to another candidate.
The whole process was nothing but a joke. I'm not surprised they get so many negative reviews from current and former employees, that only shows the company's culture

Interview
WASTE of energy, money, time and effort. Went through all four stages and received ZERO feedback. The CEO is astonishingly tight and judgemental. Stage 1 was a call from the internal recruiter. Stage 2, an online test. Stage 3 a call with the hiring manager. Final stage was a panel interview in the London office with a sales presentation. All of this takes time, energy, money, patience, belief and effort. DO NOT put yourself through this nonsense with these disrespectful time wasters.
