The entire process to get me in the door was managed by "Boston Human Capital Partners, Inc. " I can say nothing was left to chance by BostonHCP. From the first phone screen I could tell then was a company that is aggressively digging in to release a product. You can see signs of that in every place you look. As far as the interview process, they did a far better job than most well established companies ever do.
Everyone made sure I was given ample information on their job and responsibilities, as well as their slant on the product. HR spent time going over every inch of my resume and employment history. I was given more then enough time to get the answers I needed about what they were looking for from the new hire. The interview was a very laid back, no nonsense interview. All of the interviewers came prepared for the task at hand. Most had questions directly from my resume, as they should. Probing to the point of where my knowledge ended. I was treated politely and with respect at all times during the interview and after.
After the interview I received calls giving me status updates on the process. Right down to the very last day when I was told I was not getting the job. Rejected first with a call, then with a rejection letter, with reason, from HR to close out the process. Totally a class act. If they called me today I would still go to work for them. I would quit the job I have and go to SageCloud even if I am making more money at my new job.
