Interview
I was given the task of writing a draft email and scheduling my week, then invited to interview. The interview was pleasurable, I spoke to two members of staff, they were really supportive throughout. The interview lasted about 35 minutes. The questions were pretty standard for an interview but I have added some that spring to mind. I was told just over a week later I didn't get the job based on my lack of experience in publishing. I highly recommend using the questions on this site to prepare.
Started with a recruiter call which went positively, got invited to a first round interview where they got me to do a task and then asked three competency-based questions. Wasn't invited for a second round, feel like the feedback given was unfair and not helpful for future applications.
An online interview and in person interview, online interview lasted 30 minutes and in person interview was 30 minutes working through a task i completed before the day and 30 minutes behavioural questions
They offered no follow up and were disorganised - they never responded to my emails and didn't keep me updated. The interview itself was straightforward but I was disappointed in the lack of communication
