Sage Graduate Mobile Developer interview questions

Applied online for a graduate/early career program and got "selected" to continue the interview process, next I had to answer some generic questions and then is when they requested I do a one-way video interview... The whole process just feels impersonal and disrespectful, interviews are supposed to go two ways, how am I going to ask any questions I have or interact with another human in a natural conversation like this? This was an instant red flag, so I won't be continuing the process if this is how they treat people during the interview process.
