I started by submitting my CV, and then I had a first interview with the hiring manager where I talked about the projects I managed, how I coordinated teams, handled budgets, and ensured timelines were met. After that, I had a final interview with senior staff focusing on methodology and problem-solving.

“Can you walk me through a project you managed from start to finish and the challenges you faced?”
“How do you prioritize tasks when multiple projects have tight deadlines?”
“Tell me about a time a project didn’t go as planned. How did you handle it?”
“How do you manage communication and coordination between remote or cross-functional teams?”
“What tools or methodologies do you rely on to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget?”
The interview was kind of interrogatory, and totally unfriendly 90% of the time. At the end of the interview I asked for next steps and the interviewer said I would be contacted. After a week or so I didn't receive any contact, so I emailed back and after 2 weeks again but they ghosted me.
