It was very professional and organized. The interviewer questioned was direct. I really was impressed : Often a more formal conversation with a hiring manager or recruiter to discuss experience and qualifications in more detail.

Its nice and quick to the point. They don't like to drag these things out which I enjoyed. It was like a conversation rather than it be a panel where you're on trial. Very comfortable and inviting.
