Very simple, just asked for basic information like name, other personal information, availability, which department I wanted to work in, etc. There was only one question. What items would you recommend to a customer for a kids birthday?

Applied online, then went in a couple days later and gave the hiring supervisor my resume. He called me the next day and had me come in for an interview. Easy and pretty casual interview, basically just hired me on the spot and just asked me a couple questions while I filled out forms. Did a drug test but I don't think he even looked at it or cared.
