Safeway has a "behavioral panel" processes whereby the HR, Hiring Manager and two others from the team will sit on a panel and ask questions.
The questions are to be answered in the format of 1) situation 2) what you did 3) result.
After the panel, there is typically 3-5 additional people to interview with in half hour increments.

Straightforward from the information provided online phone screening and in person. They are looking for management style. Past experience managing was a must as they want to make sure the candidates are already familiar having direct reports.

Fairly simple and straightforward. Fast response and great feedback. Facility is nice and work environment seems peaceful. I would recommend working here. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to accept due to timing, but would have happily accepted.
