The very relaxed interview process, I came one day and asked to speak with the manager about getting a job. They asked me to go home and apply online and then came in the next day for a face-to-face interview. Quick and easy I was hired the same day to start training.

What experience do you have with customer service?
Are you okay being on your feet for 8 hours?
It was casual, with only one interviewer. Low pressure, but I did look up common questions they asked before. They asked about my availability and 5-6 questions. They offered different positions to see If I was interested in applying to any of those.

Tell me about a time you faced a challenge at work and how did you react/respond?
Go and provide in person resume otherwise online application not required . I went in person they give me call two weeks later. But they say to join immediately. They provide training after you join.
Conversational, included a few conversations between manager and existing employees on the expectations and hours of the role. Similar to other cashiering roles I interviewed for. Some of the skills they were looking for were interpersonal and ensuring that I could hold a conversation and be good with customers.
