Right after I applied, I got an automated email thanking me for applying.
Jokingly saying how the human is reviewing the application and not an ATS.
After 2 days, I get an email saying that they are very fortunate to get many applications and hence they decided to go with some other candidates.
They clearly used ATS to filter out the resume. I don't see why they have to mislead people about what they do. They can use AI to filter the resumes, and should own up to it.
