Phone screen, then video. Simple and straight forward behavioral questions. Not too long and it should be smooth for everyone who has customer service experience. Smile and be positive the entire time as well.

Research the company before the interview!!! It was pretty easy. After you apply, if they like your application they will send you a typing test. If you pass that they send you an assessment which is pretty much a practice run of the job you will be doing. If you pass that they will call you in for a face to face interview. Its the standard easy questions and if they like you they will offer you the position and have you agree to a background check and a drug screen. If they tell you that they will call you later, you wont get the position.

Applied online, received a call next day to come in a do a test did and interview after test and was asked to read a script and asked about my previous work history was offered position, sat down with someone and was asked what hours and days worked best for me
