First round consists of a 'one-way interview' these should be banned and is a terrible for interaction for potential employees showing that you are literally unwilling to give them the time of day
"If you cannot even be bothered to speak to a potential candidate, it is very telling of the company's culture and values. Interviews should go both ways and using an AI interviewer is so disrespectful and tells me that you do not value your candidate's skills and time. I withdrew my application because of this."
