An interview was quickly set up after applying. During the interview, the job description was contradicted. The job advertised was an accountant position with a hybrid work schedule. In the interview, I was told that it wasn't hybrid. I first told that the position would be in Loysville. Later, I was told Carlisle. The Interviewer frequently contradicted herself and the job advertisement. I was presented an accounts payable position, instead of a staff accountant position. The interviewer appeared clueless about the position, and was just making stuff up. I was told about high turnover though.

i was asked four questions, two of which had nothing to do with the job. the interview was remote, and the connection kept cutting out on their end. they were not honest about the high turnover and staffing issues

Applied with qualifications and experience for the role. Initial phone interview went well.
I sent several emails to HR. No return contact from the organization. The lack of sending a professional decline was telling of the organization.
If you treat your candidates unprofessionally, how do you treat your employees? You want professional skills and experience. However, I wonder if your pay scale would have been fitting for your requirements.
