Interview
Nothing asked about prior experience, clients or goals. Never asked to see examples of work. The interviewer, for as young as he was, came off as incredibly arrogant. Poor line of questioning on how I might handle hypothetical situations. My guess was that they were having issues with a difficult client and wanted some free advice. We mutually agreed that we were not a fit for each other. Overall, a complete waste of time.

Interview
They had templated questionnaires designed to suss out your strengths and weaknesses. They did not ask for stories of success or for you to give examples of how your experience may apply to situations the role would experience. It's a very focused on you and your abilities and not necessarily how they connect to the role, or may be similar or different.
