Panel interview with 4 ppl. Questions standard to all interviews. Allowed to ask questions back at the end and prompted for more information when necessary. Easy going interview overall with multiple candidates. The Criticall test was more nerve wracking than the interview
Hiring process is a panel of 3 or 4. They ask basic questions for dispatch job. one good thing there is no psych nor lie detector test. You also have to sit in for 4 hours. It is a pretty standard interview. Length of time is standard for dispatch job.
