I started the recruitment process in September and went through three rounds of interviews. I was always available and flexible with the interview times. I passed every stage, except the final one. However, I never received any feedback from HR. Three weeks after the last interview, I received an automated email. This lack of communication and professionalism left a very poor impression. I do not intend to work for companies that treat candidates as just numbers.
