Interview
I went through multiple rounds of interviews, including a panel. The interview structure was quite poor, and I was concerned that the senior people in the process were quite inexperienced when it came to interviewing and hiring. They went silent after my panel interview, so I followed-up with the recruiter a couple of weeks later but received no response. It has now been many months of radio silence. I was surprised and disappointed to learn that SWCA actively ghosted candidates after multiple rounds of interviews. This is a reminder to this company that candidates take many hours out of their schedules to accommodate your process - the least you could do is be communicative.

Very general - "tell me about yourself" type questions, questions about ability to pull in new clients (highly profit-focused), etc.

Interview
After a phone screening with HR I was set up with an appointment to interview in person. The interview was with three people, one who phoned in from an office in another state. Most of the questions were not too interviewy, they were conversational about the job, future outlook for the role, and my previous experiences. At the end there were a couple 'what if' questions to see how I would respond to some hypothetical situations.
