Nacht etwas Wartezeit war ich mit zwei Mitarbeiten im Gespräch. Die Atmosphäre war recht locker, es wurden Fragen von beiden Seiten gestellt. Insgesamt habe ich as Gespräch als positiv empfunden

I was interviewed by 2 managers from the DevOps team. No pleasant welcoming at start of interview. Not a single smile could be made. Atmosphere very formal and unpleasant. One had her camera off without explanation, although it was mentioned to be a video interview. She couldn't give a single correct answer or a single example about projects for this position, but kept using a lot of business terms that can be found on the company homepage again and again to escape my questions. Second interviewer was speaking coldly and very very fast and asking technical questions about my tools and projects from my CV, which I gladly explained. I was told that this position is for senior level, although it didn't even mention any required years of experience in the job description. SVA invited me twice for the same position. The second interview which I am writing about here went for about 25 minutes and I was told directly that i am not a right fit. And had me deciding never ever apply here again.
