      Bid Manager Interview

      20 Jul 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Bristol, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SUEZ (Bristol, England) in Apr 2018

      Interview

I applied via an online site and was called to say I was being offered an interview. An email was sent to me with a link to an onboarding site, where I chose my preferred interview slot. The first interview was with the Head of Department and a Finance Manager. Standard one hour meeting. Luckily I got through this stage and was called again to be offered a second interview. Same format as before, an email with a link to the site to choose a slot. The second interview was far more detailed and also had an HR Manager present. I contacted the Hiring Manager in advance of the interview to see if I could prepare anything of help. What I put together was well-received and formed much of the basis of the second interview.
