The process was very relaxing and open to interpretation. The company is very technology based and cutting edge in chromosome sexing proecesses. The interview was short and sweet with promises of engagement. The over all feeling was a very welcoming atmosphere for individuals interested in Flow Cytometry. Talent is appreciated although not most important.

During the interview only one employer showed up as the other person couldn't make it due to traveling. They didn't let me know beforehand or afterwards for that matter but I took it at face value. I contacted them via email to schedule another interview with them. They apologized for not being able to make it, and agreed to second interview by asking if I was available that Friday. I had a prior engagement that Friday, therefore I was unable to attend. I Conveyed this, and asked about a different time. Not only did I not get a response, they ghosted me for 15 days before emailing me that they weren't progressing with my application. When questioned why especially since they agreed to a second interview I never got a response. If you are thinking about applying, don't. The manager is unable to communicate, and only willing to do things on his own terms. This is NOT a healthy environment, nor a place you want to be.
