The interview lacked preparation, clear communication, and engagement. Responses were vague, examples were weak, and questions went unanswered. The conversation felt rushed, disorganized, and unprofessional, leaving little confidence in the candidate’s qualifications, judgment, or overall fit.

They will drag them on for weeks making you think you didn’t get the next round. When in actuality they get less than 10 resumes and just sit on the applications.

They make you look at a spread sheet and look at total traffic for the week and how you would navigate staffing that week.
Attended two interviews, and was told they would reach out within the week. I was completely ghosted even after reaching out for a response. The process felt very rushed and I felt my questions about the training period were brushed off.
