Terrible interview process which was just a bait and switch scheme. All these people want to do is get free ideas and information on their competition. If you have prior experience at another mortgage company be on guard and skeptical if you are contacted for a job interview. This company was started by the same people from STG Auto Group who now want to do Home Mortgages.
