First interview was conducted via teams video meeting, pretty typical questions and going over portfolio, next was a Revit assessment, lastly was lunch with a few potential co workers. Several steps but not too difficult and was nice to see if you clicked with the team.

I had a series of three interviews, meeting with different team members from a variety of experiences and rankings within the firm. We discussed project experience, familiarity with local consultants and local protocol (code, TAS, permitting), professional goals, and portfolio review. I was asked about working with a team versus working alone, as well as the struggles and lessons learned from working with a difficult client.
