Interview
After applying for the position, HR had setup the first round of interview very quickly. The interviewer asked basic questions related to Statistics, SAS and manuscript writing. The job profile is basically demanding for protocol writing and good understanding of study designs. Overall experience was good.

What kind of biases can be introduced at planning phase?
They set up the first round interview (phone) in 3 days. There were basic behavior questions with human resource hiring manager. The second interview set up in one week(skype)with a team leader. She asked some questions related to research experience and statistics.

Interview
The interview was not difficult but make sure you are clear with the concepts. The first round will be phone interview and then there will be a second interview that will ask you almost same questions that were asked in first interview to make make you are fit to work in this company.
