The interview process was thorough and very personable. I was interviewed by HR person via phone before having a face to face with the department manager. My in person interview included the supervisor as well as 3 chaplains.

This was probably the best interview process I've ever had. Everyone communicated so well and can't me informed through the whole process. I felt like ever person I spoke with had a heart for the mission and lived it passionately.

I had a phone conversation worth a recruiter followed by a face to face interview with my supervisor for one hour, an hour conversation with my potential coworkers, then a facility tour. The entire process was comfortable and friendly, not competitive or scary.
