Hiring process was very warm and welcoming. It was not intimidating as many are. The SSM employees were informative and answered all of my questions. The facility was easy to find and the information desk was professional in where I needed to go and even assisted in guiding me there.

Interview
Very good and quick communication throughout the process. Communication with HR is the best I've experienced. Had a 30 minute phone interview, then set up an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes where I met with a manager and peer on the floor.
