Process was scant. Interviewed by someone who was clueless and clearly never working on projects before. Disappointing experience. They asked lots and lots and lots of silly and pointless questions. Didn't know the difference between Agile and Waterfall and just kept making it up as they went. It was embarrassing.

Can you tell me the difference between a risk and an issue?
Initial interview then longer one with presentation. Process worked well for bookings etc and staff I met were very friendly and professional. It was a good experience overall with a bit of a delay hearing result.

Interview
1st Stage: Informal process. Covered the bases of the role and expectations. Personality check if I would be a good fit for the company and role.
2nd Stage: Competency Based: Covered previous experience, interlinked these with project management practices. Lots of questions around overcoming challenges, working with high profile stakeholders, the demands of the role.
Overall, a very good experience, although no offer was provided.

Process very slow. 1st interview was a 30m slot with two PM's to run through C.V Was invited for 2nd interview within a few days of the 1st. 2nd interview was standard competency based interview with some scenario questions. Took almost 2 weeks to hear back.
