I was head hunted by a recruiter where I was aligned with a virtue call with the hiring manager, based in a different city. It was for one of their core products where they were seeking a knowledgeable solutions sales with sound experience and solid character.

Well structured - access to executives and leadership for Q&A; all remote meetings. Discussions were framed with foresight and an eye to detail. Reference calls via a fully automated service.

Three Interviews. Starting from peers, then a following interview with senior staff and the final round with the head/line manager of the department. Each interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, these took place a few days apart.
