Interview process is smooth minimum two rounds are conducted and may go till fiver six rounds based on the performance of initial rounds. The process is too time taking. first round is basically the HR Round and second round may be with concern teams Associate manager or may be the manager of the team.

all questions was based on simple basic logic to prepare basic questions on accounting well and do prepare the accounting for Initial premium on financial products ie options
Interview is Little difficult as one has to have a core knowledge of financial analogs. Also, corporate action and dept knowledge of journal entries plays a major role in cracking the interview.
It was average and nothing out of the ordinary. People were friendly and approachable. They made it easy to talk and at the time I found them to be very engaging.

Interview
First Round HR general question. Second Round Hiring Manager technical question and behavioral question. Need to prepare an excel after the interview. It is basically asking for different use of formula.
