Initial contact was with HR, scheduled very quickly to speak with Senior reporting manager in less than a week over the phone. Advised would follow up after holidays. Most of the interview was behavior and situational. Received communication an internal candidate was selected but wanted to know if I was interested in pursuing other roles as they were interested and great feedback was provided. I didn't experience the 'dark' period many previously expressed and was quickly handled, especially during the holidays. I was also impressed with the honesty and their willingness to share talent within the organization.

I applied online and it started with 2-3 phone Interviews, then an in-person interview with 3-5 senior managers. The entire process took about 3 months b/c there was an internal restructuring going on at the time. Overall, it was fine and they apologized that it wasn't a reflection of how interested they were in hiring me. Ultimately they were able to make sure their offer was competitive with other offers I had and brought me on board. I think the entire experience was ok and it seemed to have worked out for both of us. The compensation and benefits package is better than any other employer in the area.
