The first round is a typical video call screening and a Behavioral Personality Index test. The next round is 4 seperate hour long interviews with mainly behavioral questions. Nothing too technical but each separate interview group has a different focus in which the questions skew. Overall, most people I interviewed with were fantastic. However, leadership at large has a lot to work on. In my opinion, the management acts self-important and lacks respect of the people around them. Sram is one of those companies that claims people 'leave their egos at the door' but in reality it seems to be the exact opposite. Additionally, the pay seems to be way below market rate.
