I was invited to an on-site interview, when I arrived there I found out no one was expecting me, and the interviewers were working from home that day. Before the interview I sent an email to make sure it will be on-site and not on video but didn't receive any response, I was put in a room with a screen, where I talked to the interviewers. Although I answered correctly all their questions (relatively basic programming questions), after a few days I received the generic rejection email, I emailed the recruiter and asked for feedback, but didn't receive any response again.
