I was contacted about this job through a recruiter. The interview process was formal. I was interviewed by 3 people first, they had preplanned questions. They asked how I would react to certain situations. I was also interviewed by 2 HR personnel. All together the interview lasted about 3 hours.

Interview
Half day of meetings. Always two people interviewing you included manager director and VP as well as other engineers. Included a video conference as several people are based in either tulsa, ok or Kansas city, ks. They have can questions that may get asked several times as the groups of 2 switch off.
