First phase you do a pre-recorded video interview, where you see a question on a slide then you take a video to answer and then they will invite you in for the in-person portion. This was a panel interview.

After I applied, the HR Recruiter reached out to me for a brief phone screening. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview, which lasted about an hour. The interviewers were professional and warm. It was a fair interview, not too difficult but not easy either. After the interview, the HR Recruiter answered all of my questions, even answering her phone on the weekend, to make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision about taking the job. She was so helpful and ended up being one of the reasons I decided to work at SPARGO. I have been working here for a few weeks now and have not regretted my decision.
