Interview
A fairly straight forward interview, very relaxed and mainly a discussion about what skills, experience and traits you have that make you suited to the position.
I found out about the position as a relative works at the store and mentioned that they needed to hire someone asap.
I provided my CV and two references were contacted before being offered an interview.
The actual interview was with the supervisor of the store and took around 20 minutes.
Quick, friendly, straightforward in terms of job description and expected responsibilities. Received a tour of the shop to show the daily workings. Left feeling confident and informed. Response was received very shortly afterwards awarding me the position.

They were keen to understand my interpersonal skills and experience in using POS software. They outlined that I may be required to work in the deli section and enquired my understanding of HACCP
1-1 interview, talking about experience and what availability you have. Very easy job interview, management are lovely putting people at ease when applying for a new job, great career opportunities

Kennenlernen, Fragen zu meiner Person, Fragen bzgl. der Erwartungshaltung, fragen zur Motivation wurden gestellt. Insgesamt war es sehr angenehm und man wurde sehr gut abgeholt zu den Themen. Es geht viel auch darum seine Motivation zum Ausdruck zu bringen.
