Am very shocked that start-ups still operate with as low values and morals as Solve Advisors. Their recruiting and interview process was incredibly discourteous and beyond unprofessional. To begin with, their "human resources" hides behind an alias on LinkedIn.. that should have been the first RED FLAG. Secondly, they had set me up with two video interviews, all together three rounds.. I was cut short on my third interview with them and was told "thank you for preparing so well for this interview" and then he abruptly ended the interview. After that I never heard from them again. After a candidate prepares and carries through two video interviews, covid or not, you owe the candidate some sort of response. Regardless of their decision on me as a candidate, this isn't how you treat candidates. Total disrespect for my time. Insulting organization and clearly not going anywhere with this type of behavior. I would never consider working for an organization this rude.
