SOL Cocina interview questions

As soon as I applied I called the following day to schedule an interview. I spoke to Jesus who was friendly and asked me to come in the following day. He asked me why I wanted to work for the company which is when I gave my honest answer, he was very honest and stated he wanted people to work for the company who wanted to grow. We had a great conversation. Which followed with me getting hired in the end.

The process went quite smooth and managment was very kind and responsive. I applied online and later was asked to go and interview. The interview was fairly short and straight forward, they were all very kind and seemed like a great work enviroment.
