SNVA Ventures UI-UX Designer interview questions

The process include 1 Hr round 2 Technical round 3 another technical 4 Final discussion Very bad ethics After completing all the process was selected and the manager finalised me asked me the day to join and explained everything about the company and role I will be handling. But he said salary will be discussed with the HR, when the HR came in and we discussed the salasty, I said 6.5lpa and negotiable, she agreed between 6-6.3LPA and said will send me the letter after on friday or saturday. I was happy and left but when I didn't get any call from them on saturday,so I called the HR she said "we didn't finalise you we said we shortlisted you among others,was shocked, I was angry so they said they will confirm from the management and call on by EOD today." Never heard from the again and I also didn't again bothered to contact to such a rubbish work culture. Guys!At least be a proffesional If u can't, burn your shop down.because we don't need you people to play dirty in our field please.
