Interview
There is no interview, just provide your driving license and drive a bloke round the block and the jobs yours as long as you are willing to work 16hrs a day for £85. If not and you ask for more then the next batch of naive recruits will take your work!!!
You take part in a short driving appraisal whilst discussing the work involved as a self employed driver. Then you are invited to a full days training on the role and the technology involved.
