HR does the preliminary interview and it's usually a bunch of quick, easy personal questions that you've probably heard of a lot in the past, and it's conducted through phone call, or least it was during my time (back in 2022). Next phase is a series of online interviews with the department heads (in my case, the manager and assistant vice president) through Teams. This is usually a mix of personal and technical questions, but more of the latter. Biggest tip is to study the job description extensively and research on the processes you're not familiar with. Note that these interviews are conducted in one day and usually if you pass them, you will be notified of the results within or the following day.
