1. Online interview - asked behavioral questions
2. In-person interview in Houston, TX - presentation, networking dinner, two official technical interviews. The presentation is based on a project or internship previously done. The technical interviews is similar or based on some basic questions about drilling, drill bits, etc.

Question 1
Asked questions about previous technical experience in internships, projects, etc. Had a 10 min presentation on any one of those to a panel of interviewers. Asked about career goals and development.

Interview
Carried out over Microsoft Teams. Informal and friendly. There were a small handful of questions and an opportunity to ask questions at the end. I was asked to elaborate on my weaknesses stated in my presentation.

Are you currently unemployed after completing your MSc?
Great, well organised, virtual, 3 sessions. First was assessment , at the end they chuck out peeople that dont meet the cut off. If i recall correctly, it was verbal nd numerical reasoning questions. The next stage was group case study, and then finally an interview.
Talk with one engineer about opportunities and talking through my past experiences very straight forward. Talked on zoom and they mentioned another session in a few weeks depending on what the team says.
