Thorough and fast. You must do a written exam, iq and eq test, and a layer of interview. The gaps in between takes a few weeks. Interviewers are friendly. Have to answer generated questions.

Interview
The interviewers were friendly and made the session comfortable. There was a contract-reviewing skills test, as well as a Chinese language test, as the position requires professional proficiency in Chinese.

Question 1
The interviewer asked about prior experience using Chinese in a professional work setting.
It was quite pleasant, interviewers were quite friendly and do not seem intimidating. They did ask some technical questions relating to the industry, but also patiently explained if I wasn't able to answer the questions.
They'll provide 3 tests and you have to complete it in 3 hours. Quite intense. One tests your contracting skills, the other your translation. One more on your personality. It's sent via email and you have to complete it and revert within the time frame.
