Very slow and drawn out interview process- 3 interviews over two months. Although everyone was pleasant I constantly would follow up and then not get a response for several days or be told they would get back to me ASAP and a week later I would follow up again. There was an unprecedented amount of executive involvement for a role that was an individual contributor with no reports, I was surprised by the titles that were invited to the panel interview. One or two would make sense but 4 was excessive.
