Simple and easy to do. You just get asked questions about your personal experiences and more technical questions that relate to the job description. Technical questions aren't to difficult to answer.

Interview
Applied through the website. Got a call from HR for background check. Then completed written and personality tears online. After one week interview was scheduled with managers. Questions were based on resume. However, the tone of the interview was not great. Mangers kept on interupting during the interview. Not open to discuss but just asking questions one after another.
