The interview process was straightforward. The company is growing and looking to fill positions quickly. The interviewers were nice and seemed to like the company. The pay for the position I interviewed for did not align with other companies in the area.
Met with management and then took a homemade "skills" test. I was fed all the appropriate answers by one of the hiring managers. I'm guessing he wanted his referral bonus. I should have realized this was a sign of things to come.

Question 1
Run of the mill questions. Everything was completely generic.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SJA Solutions (Grand Rapids, MI) in May 2017
Interview
The interview was a two-part process. The first interview was a one on one with some straightforward technical questions, and a getting to know you kind of feel. The second interview was, meeting the team I would be working with, and a more in depth look at my technical knowledge and skills. They gave me a tech test to complete that went over skills required for the position I applied for. Overall the interview process was laid-back, everything went well, the staff was helpful and friendly.
