SHJ International interview questions

The interview was mostly personality-focused and centered on understanding how I think and approach problems. I was given a few scenario-based questions about handling challenges, prioritizing work, and communicating with clients or teammates. The conversation felt relaxed and more about assessing my mindset than testing technical skills.
