The are looking for people who are eager to learn and develop their sales skills and dedicated to putting in the effort required for an inside sales executive to be successful.
phone screen, written assignment, group interview. I'd rate the process as straightforward and not too intense, looking for experience and culture fit, and situational awareness with clients. Good mix of hires out of college and more seasoned industry people.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SHI International (Austin, TX) in Nov 2019
Interview
Met with on campus recruiter and moved along to a phone interview with HR within a few days. Had a skype interview the following week with two reps and waited a few more days for a final interview
