The process consisted of a phone screen, interview with field sales enablement, sales manager & director which included a presentation and Q&A . I was also called back for another meeting with the Sales Director as he likes to have a better chance to know the candidates. Overall the interview process was smooth and quick. They appreciate honesty and being gwnuine. Also wants someone who is willing to learn the tech and not solely depend on engineers. The sales manager reached out 3 weeks later to let me know that they wanted to move forward with me but needed to work out some internal processes before bringing on new hires. Estimated it would take a month. Heard nothing for over two months. Recently saw the position reposted on LinkedIn.
