My initial interview was with the District Sales Manager over the phone where he asked a few high-level questions about my career and current role. He then scheduled an in person interview with him for later that week. The 2nd interview with him was about an hour and was more informal as we spent the 1st 30 minutes getting to know one another. The remaining 30 minutes was about work history, role expectations, competencies followed by scheduling a 3rd interview the following week with the Regional Sales Director. The 3rd interview with Regional Sales Director began with getting to know one another, expectations of the role, quota's, etc. They closed with "expect to hear from us within a day or 2 on our final decision. If all are in agreement then we will have an offer letter ready to send to you at the time of our reaching out".
